מומלץ מאד- לשלב הכנת ארוחה "מהשדה לצלחת"- נאסוף ביצים בלול, ובגן הבית נכין ארוחה לתפארת, עם חביתות, פיתות בטאבון שנכין במקום מקמח ,מים, מלח ושמן, מארגז ירקות טריים נכין שלל סלטים מדהימים. ארוחה נפלאה וחוויה יוצאת דופן.
Kibbutz Harduf - Anthroposophic kibbutz – located in the heart of agricultural industries Kibbutz Harduf has placed the first organic dairy in the country. All of the cows are fed and live an organic life-style.
In addition to the organic dairy. Harduf's home garden is a therapeutic vegetable garden which provides seasonal organic produce sold at Harduf's market. The dairy and organic agriculture are conducted using a unique ecological recycling method. The organic waste is turned into compost using the "Harduf" method in the dairy, and is used to fertilize the fields, so rendering all the produce suitable to use as cattle feed.
In addition, there are free- range chickens which are, of course, fed only organic feed.
